Affiliate or Center is empowered to issue
any Certificate of Transcript.

Degrees are attested and legalized from
Authorities in Missouri State as well from
Washington, USA. (The
University provides legalized services as a
matter of convenience. However, it is
not incumbent upon University to render
these Services. It can withdraw this
service at its own discretion. There is no
legal compulsion to do so. The international
practices don't make it obligatory upon the
University to render this service. )
