Is The International University accredited?

Yes. It has Accreditation. 

Please read further on Accreditation. Universities are classified into two categories. One category of Universities which get  funds from  the Federal  Government and the other Category which doesn't get  funds from  the Government. Both types of Universities namely Federal and Non-Federal Universities  are mostly  accredited  in USA. Accreditation is not compulsory in USA for a University to operate. It is optional. It should be noted that the Accreditation is not provided by Government Body or Ministry of Education in USA.  It is provided by Private Agencies in USA. Legally, Accreditation type does not determine the validity or legal status of the University and it does not determine  legality of Degree as most  people believe or have perception in their mind.  If they believe so, then they are thinking wrong.   This is misconception in their minds.  All legitimate Degrees which are issued by properly Licensed University by the State are valid. All Universities are equal before Law.

Are  Degrees earned through " online studies " legal and valid ?
Can we get the Jobs with online degree in any country ?
 How do the Employers view Degree obtained by Online-studies ?
Can an Employer of Government discriminate on Degrees ?

Please note that it is the mode of study. Neither the Degree nor the Transcript mentions the word " Online " on face of it.  So, no one would know the mode of study. It is only you know.  Hence, they are absolutely legal and valid and students earning them can get employment in any country.

Also please note that there is no discrimination on Degrees, as it is considered " violation of Constitutional and Human Rights of United Nations and also discrimination is against the provisions of International Labor Organization, ( ILO) of United Nations.

Are Degrees attested by Ministries for authenticity ?

A. Yes! All degrees are ATTESTED for authenticity by the respective Departments of the Governments in USA. If a particular Government does not attest, then it amounts to discrimination which is prohibited by Constitution of all Countries. Generally Governments and Embassies don't do this.  They are morally and legally duty-bound to respect students rights to get education under  Constitution of their Country and as per International Law and Treaties and Conventions which all Nations have signed with United Nations. Embassies are certifying " Signature and Stamp " of Secretary of State, Washington. Embassies are not supposed to certify " Accreditation " or put any conditions or demand any proof for the same, as they lack the power to certify.

A. Yes. However, number of credits depend upon the number of years experience and educational background.

Does The International University accept Credit transfer from other Universities ? What are generally the Policies for acceptance of credits among the Universities and Professional Bodies?

A. Yes. It does. Any discrimination on acceptance is  against human rights and against Constitution. However, each University and each Professional Body has its own Policies for acceptance of credits earned in other Universities etc and they have their prerogatives to accept fully or partially or even decline to accept.  The student can't challenge  or sue against such Policies. Some  Institutions who are mutually in completion do discriminate on this matter.

Can the"  transfer of credit " be done from The International University to other Universities ?

A. The answer is " Yes "  with most Universities except the Government and Federal Universities. They have their own policies.

For the acceptance of credits from The International University by other Universities, check with the University to which you intend to transfer and find out what are their policies for that because each University has their own policies for acceptance of credits. However, the acceptance of credits is the prerogative ( right ) of the University where the students wishes to seek admission.

What happens if I cannot complete the program within the prescribed duration period due to job / travel commitments etc?

A. You need not worry. It happens sometimes due to various reasons.  In this case,  fees paid and subjects cleared remain intact.  You can complete the remaining subjects by paying fees whenever you are in a position to do so and you can get the Degree..

A. Yes. However, there are policies on duration which would be advised to the concerned student.

I have completed a certain number of credits at an other College/University, can I transfer my credits in full ?

A. Students may transfer Credits at any time during their studies. Courses taken at an other recognized institution will be accepted for credit toward degrees at TIU and would given the grading according to that TIU’s grading system and would be converted or equated to TIU grades.

If I join an Online Degree Program, and I need any explanation in a certain course, then who is going to guide me?

A. TIU would make arrangements for that and advise you  after you register for an Online Degree  program.

How long it will take for the University to evaluate my application once I send all the documents by courier or attachment by email?

Normally an application is processed within 7 days from receipt of documents. The Evaluation and Admission Department would notify the students immediately. The University would verify the copies of documents sent by Courier or by email from the concerned Institution which has issued the Documents and if found fake, would cancel the registration and report the matter to the concerned Region's Law Enforcing Authorities, to take appropriate action against the Student.

When can I register for a Degree program ?

Generally, admissions for Online studies is done on monthly basis, by 21st of each month. The  Applicants would be advised of their status upon approval of their application by the Director of  Admissions (normally within 7 days  of receipt of completed application and other documents).

Does University  hold a graduation ceremony and where it would be and when ?

It is a private function and is between the University and its students to celebrate the achievements of the students. Constitutionally, no Authority can raise an objection for this.  The right to celebrate this achievement is Constitutional right. However, as a matter of fact, it may be noted that there are no restrictions on celebrating or honoring the achievements of students and conducting such Graduation function.  It is solely at the discretion of the University and it can nominate one of its Officer to host the function in a particular Location.  The University has  already organized  various Graduation Ceremonies in the past, for its  BBA and MBA Students. The Graduation ceremony would be once a year.  H

Generally, the convocation functions are held by the Universities which offer full time courses at the Campus.  However, as a matter of Policy of Universities, worldwide and their practice, the Students who join Distance Learning and by Online study.  The  students therefore, can't demand or insist as a matter of their legal right.  It is up to the discretion and prerogatives  of the University Officials to host or not to host such function..

Do you offer any Degrees based on life experience?

No. We give credit on work experience and may allow some exemptions in subjects, which in turn may reduce the number of subjects and exams and help in completing the program speedily.

Education is not business that you can buy the Degree by paying the price.  We believe that the Graduates should be capable to manage senior positions such as CEO, Director and Vice President and General Manager  which is not possible without understanding Management Issues. People with Experience only may make serious mistakes and create problems and they may find it difficult to manage senior level positions. There may be exceptions, however, that professionally qualified people holding such certifications may be capable but that may be just 5% of total number of such experienced people.

What if I discontinue studies after enrolling ? When can I revive my studies again ?

You are free to do that. You can always continue your studies at your convenience. Your fees paid and subject cleared would remain intact for 3 years. Afterwards, they would lapse.

Does The International University accepts transfer credits earned in other colleges ?

Yes, we do accept credits, provided credits are earned in genuine Institutions, colleges and Universities. We don't give credits on Degrees which are purchased by paying a price and fake Universities because it would illegal to do that.
